Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.  If you have NOT received a tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order.   •  If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact the carrier service, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and mis deliveries MUST be handed through the carrier Service.
  •  All items are made to order and will vary in pattern. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send us an email and we will do anything we can to make it right for you.
